“…and suddenly find myself motionless…”
Yep. Grief is such a strange thing. And it comes and goes! I’ll be okay for months on end, then I’ll see or here something that makes me think of my boys’ dad, my Tim, and whew… knocked to my knees before I know what’s happened. Hardest thing I’ve ever gone through. But… if I hadn’t gone through it, I wouldn’t be able to comfort so many others, just like others did for me. And, I wouldn’t know the truth of God being my strength when I can’t even breathe on my own. Suffering sucks for certain, but there’s an underlying blessing of awareness that comes with it.
