  1. That’s how I felt this morning! I am charting out the road to take to work my way back to Jesus. …Kevin Thompson said that during 1980s. Am focusing on cleaning and getting the rest of my life organized…Christmas was fun this year and will remember the good time and the worship of Jesus’s birth…good thing is I didn’t go wild! Fun is better word…lol

  2. Well, actually, I like celebrating like the European traditions. Some give presents on Christmas Eve, others 12th Jan, which is what I would prefer. this season includes the Epiphany. I leave my lights up until then and even decorated a Christmas Colistamon ( bottle brush) tree on 27th Dec ( we are a day ahead of you.) Was so busy and recovering from work, on 25th , so took a friend for a picnic on 26th instead. Dates are overrated. Really time to consolidate the real meaning of Christmas, and yet i saw an amplification of the opposite. The work place of one friend took the opportunity to really sink the boot in to his vulnerabilities and Christmas including depriving him of a wage so he and his visiting family did not have Christmas dinner. Time for us to walk in the embodiment of Christ.

  3. Oh, and mate, just love the poem. I hope you have posted it in writing somewhere ( eg on “X” or other rebranded social media.) Make a great song, even insert into a Christmas card, perhaps with your own artwork. Tickles an Auzzie’s iconoclastic sense of humour. Please send me a copy.

    1. trouble with writing and publishing is it still hard to get it seen.. I shall send to you written out.. the other thing is Christmas is so short .. especially the aftermath that it’s hard to market well..

  4. I needed a good laugh and reflection of being at my brother’s for Christmas, Brother Bryan! In fact, I was going to visit him and I’m thinking “What will I find in here?”

God bless and keep up the amazing work! And I just keep on having myself committed each and everyday! Thanks!

  5. Bryan I was going over some of the nutshell sermons from last year and just wanted to say thank you.
The poem was great and made me laugh.
And I am so grateful to Jesus on the back row with us saying we’ll never be dismissed.
