  1. This song is so good – and such an encouragement. It also brings back so many memories. And, I love the back story.

  2. What is it about horns that I love so much? I still have this album, but can’t play it. Funny how I have all these electronics, but nothing works. I may just buy a new one. Thanks for sharing this. I vaguely remember it, but sounds great.

  3. I hear why you needed to make space for the horns! They sound like an orchestra. The song is fantastic and your vocals are so clear. So happy you had the experience of doing this album and other work in this beginning period of CCM.

  4. It’s funny, I have owned pretty much every piece of your solo work since Whistlin in the Dark but had never heard of SCB until I bought a beautiful record player and stereo system two years ago. Now I have all of them and I love! Your lyrics have challenged me since I was a teenager

  5. I’m playing catch up. Phone and computer went down. This one has always been a favorite
of mine. I’m a huge fan of Seawind, so this one was double sweet for me

  6. It’s a good thing (David Garabaldi) wasn’t there. He would have brought you all down. I would have to say he is one the very best Drummers l have ever heard. Although he totally had no respect for his Fans. I was greatly let down.

    1. Bob Wilson would play drums live for me years later on a big conference. He was horrible.. we played Blue Skies that has a swing feel, the way Jeff Pocarro played it.. and Bob plays it straight up and down.. just sounded stiff..
