  1. This didn’t happen to me because the pastor who convinced me to follow Chriist convinced in this ministry and practiced it himself. I recently thought I might be declining but I know I can use his m ministry as an anchor….another local pastor the same…another held up my Alma Mata when I was in Christian ✝️ university and after graduation. What I learned rock solid was that once I became Christian no one or thing can snatch me away.

  2. Ok, I would tend to think there’s more to that story. Just because someone stops playing Christian music doesn’t mean he’s a, “stop believer”.

    1. oh I’m not just talkin bout the music people are playin… it’s the things that former believers are sayin… like
the Bible might not be completely true.. Jesus wasn’t God… or there’s more than one way to heaven! >>

      1. So what I’m hearing is that if you don’t believe the church theology you’re not a believer. I always thought that if you believed in God and that Yeshua is the messiah that’s salvation. All the rest is paperwork take it or leave it. All of the theology came 300 years later and includes a lot of paganism wrapped up in. E.g. the sabbath day is not Sunday. Yeshua kept the sabbath and Jewish holidays. So anyone trying to be more like him should actually explore who he was here on earth and the culture he grew up in. Someone of things you read in the new testament take on a whole new meaning. Just saying…. theology is not what saves a man….

        1. i’m not argueing that point.. the thief on the cross that Jesus brought with him had no theology degrees!~ but there is mention of those who believed but then turned away from belief.. ..’and no longer walked with him’ it says.. I know some who’s changed way of thinking has altered there complete disposition.. it’s hard to watch.. it’s a ‘hardening of the heart somehow.,,”

  3. These are good words Bryan. I think we all know people like this. It’s the hardest when it’s a member of your family, maybe even a child of yours. It’s confusing, frustrating, worrying, even anger inducing….so we pray.

    1. I sang a song this weekend about a runaway child .. in a ‘one sided hearing’ of a parents conversation! “Tell Me Where You Are” I’m going to start doing that one in concert

  4. Yes. So many stop going to church because of those who are in church. We need to wake up and behave according to what we believe because others are watching. Start to play our instruments so it is pleasing to others ears.
