So will you write you story? I think you should do that. And mix in some of those prayers you won’t hear….
God bless
that all feels too overwhelming.. at least here I’ve been able to do a fly by of my life! LOL
Your voice still amazes me. Maybe you should make a secular album doing all your favorite songs from the 70’s! I would buy it! Your Christmas album is still the only one I reach for at Christmas time.
thanks for the tip, trust me, I’m praying and tryna be open to what’s next.. secular covers? old hymns? new songs? so much to do and no place to put em
Late Summer 1972 – I had visited with my mom The Burkeys family who met my parents in 1951-1954 at the US territory of Hawaii. They were living in Fresno,CA. and had a deep faith in God. I attended a youth meeting and knew God was offering an invite at the end of the service but I needed to wait 2 more Summers before I would walk down the aisle of CCC Riverside Little Church up on the hill to accept that invite during the Summer of 1974. That would lead to meeting the trio of Sweet Comfort Band at a weekend retreat. Praise God for “We are one in the spirit we are one in the Lord.”
Wow I had no idea you went back that far.. that’s a small group lookin’ back
