I remember the Jesus movement from attending groups who visited church and my boyfriend at the time invited me to visit services with bands…wasn’t interested at the time but the music was good. So was the preaching. Guess it’s just the boyfriend that wasn’t lol
LOL not the only person I’ve heard from that followed a party they were interested in to a church and found Jesus more acceptable! LOL
B, you had me riveted at the edge of my seat as I sat back with my eyes closed and listened to the story . I could in a sense visualize the scene as you where telling the story . I was a little upset because when eye fully open my eyes I saw the podcast was at the end and I wanted the story to keep going cause it was so fascinating to me ! Will the be more my boy ? I surely hope so, good stuff !!!
yes.. I’m restarting the stories I told two years ago but this time adding actual songs from the projects we did

HEY B, WHAT WAS YOUR MOM AND DAD REACTION TO YOU DROPING OUT OF SCHOOL BACK THEN AND HOW SOON DID YOU TELL THEM ? WHAT DID YOUR SIBLINGS THINK OF BIG BROTHER’S NEW CARREER ? THEY WERE KINGLY AWARE OF BIG BRO’S SINGING CHOPS RIGHT?
I told my folks over the phone from the other side of the country LOL .. it got quiet! later my mom would throw my accomplishments in my sibs face.. and they’ve resented me ever since.
The back story is wonderful. Thanks for reposting it. note the comments too? lot more who haven’t heard em and haven’t searched for em
hope ya didn’t mind.. I’m replayin the old stories cause a lot o new listeners and it’s hard to scroll back to the archives…
it was a great story two years ago and still good now. I remember commenting a long time ago that you needed to write a biography as you have so many great stories. This format is really great hearing you tell the stories. I guess with technology you could put all the nutshells in order and have a book on tape then let AI translate it to words and you’d have book!
sounds like a lot of minutia that I’ll never get to! LOL yer the first one to say you heard this two years ago.. that’s why I’m gonna replay the olden shells .. for current newbies..
