Had my parents here for the holidays. Did what we could to make them comfortable. Great time, but it was obvious when they were ready to go home.

All the things we old people have to put up with these days, huh? A horror story is right. I haven’t seen that movie, but it sounds interesting. I use the self checkout service sometimes, and I’m shaking the whole time because I’m afraid I’m going to punch the wrong button and I really don’t want someone to come over and help me. I just want to get it done and get out. So far so good, though.
I don’t like new teckie things. And I know I am not alone. I had to buy a different car last yr. I bought it from a fellow former classmate. He needed help using his phone from a 29 yr old. But the kids who work at McDonalds don’t know how to count change back to the customer’s. One of the 1st things I learned at my very first ”real” job. I am Glad God does not change. Amen!
