So true. I know from my own walk with Jesus that the best lessons I’ve learned came at the end of a challenge not a blessing.
Don’t get me wrong I’m all about getting the blessings, but now I don’t look at the challenges the same way I used to. John 10:10 baby, that’s says it all for me right there.

I wonder why so many believe that believing in God will make everything better? I think you said in a very good lyric “I will not allow more than you can bare”. Kinda says it right there. He never promised a rose garden. Here in Switzerland with my wife. Good to get away from the daily problems and get a bit of fresh air.

Good stuff. It’s so easy to question God when goals aren’t achieved, visions aren’t fulfilled. “What’s the purpose if it doesn’t come to fruition?” And sometimes He says, “The process was the purpose.”
