It is indeed the miles, not the years. But as I’m doing more miles I find my years are rolling back a bit. Sometimes that maintenance is good for the body too.
Well, now I’ve got to have my brakes checked. The light has been on for a year. Pretty sure this is God’s way of telling me. Thanks Bryan, thanks a lot.
Owners manuals are interesting. It’s sad we only take it out to read when we have a problem. Kinda like the “B.I.B.L.E” (that was funny) and a telephone call to God asking for a tow…
You’re right! I did miss this one. I think my husband probably gets tired of me asking him about the engine light coming on. Every time it comes on, I text him or call him to see if I need to do anything. He says don’t worry about it because it’s probably just ready for oil or something else. If it’s flashing, then pull over. I’m glad he knows about cars. And he has a friend who takes care of our cars when we can’t.
God knows us and takes care of us all the time. And the B.I.B.L.E. Is something I should be reading more. Not just for instructions, but for seeing God at work and hopefully helping me to be more like him.
Once again, you pegged me. We tend to drive our cars into the ground. But I think I do that in more areas than automobiles. I’m with you on the routines. Isn’t varsity the spice of life?
