  1. You are so mean! Now I’ve got every single one of those songs in my head! It’s like “the song that never ends, yes it goes on and on, my friend”… the ones that get to me are the insurance ones and singing about medications, like the little pill that has a big story to tell. Okay I’m done.

It is amazing what can get stuck in our heads, and most of it not the best kind of stuff. I have a friend who’s constantly memorizing scripture and I think she knows the whole Bible from front to end just like another mentor of mine. That’s what I should get stuck in my head.

Thanks for this, lunatic friend. Your titles always get me, too. Have a blessed day.

    1. Hi RM I know that commercial Jardiance? .. all we ever see in commercials in medications .. it’s like they know we’re old people! LOL I had to start hitting the mute button cause the new streaming doesn’t always let you FF

      1. I do the same… Hit mute or go to another program. But, of course, the same commercial or one similar is on that station. Can’t get away from them.

    2. My kidcused to walk around singin’ I believe I can fly. From some kids movie. Made me nuts.
Sunshine on my shoulders… I changed the lyric… sunshine on my shoulders makes me sizzle!!!
So those thoughts of negative self image are a killer. The question how to conquer them? Life long struggle. Good one…today…..

  2. Wow! There’s just so much awesome stuff here to talk about. Great episode for sure, and I agree why is it I hear the enemy more than God? Maybe it’s because the devil yells what he thinks really loud and God whispers in a soft, still voice to get His point across.
I need to start saying, “Yes I am, yes I do, and yes sir, yes I will.” instead of listening to the lies I guess.
I played “Yes I Will” in the truck the other day while my bride and I were heading to meet a friend for dinner. She looked at me and said, “Seriously?” I had to change it to “The Last Time I Was Here”. Of course I changed it because it is a slower, softer tune, but also I was thinking, this is what happened the last time I was in the truck with her. Ha! Guess she didn’t want to get the ear worm….

    1. Oh my gosh! I never really thought of that, but it’s so true, about the devil yelling and God whispering in a small, still voice. It’s hard to hear that with all that loudness. But we just need to concentrate on finding that whisper. Thanks for that.

  3. Take every thought captive. Put them in a cell and sit next to them.
    Why do we do that?
Haha we need to stop it. Let them go lol

  4. Well, thanks alot, Bryan! You just added to my earworm collection….lol! I’ve heard that if you sing them out loud they will go away…never worked for me…I never really thought about the non-musical ones being earworms…something to think about…
