  1. Hi Bryan, glad you were able to get Strong Medicine published and distributed. It spoke a lot to me and I’m happy Jesus got you involved bring joy and healing to the body of Christ!

  2. Okay, lunatic! I have no words for this one. You really did have adventures didn’t you? How did I forget about Strong Medicine? Must be our age… uh, my age! This was fun! Have a good time with your Christmas concerts.

  3. Iv got great memories and pics from this tour at the Chiles Center in Portland OR. You and Allies were a powerhouse and I’m thankful I got to see you with them and not just Bob! Ha

  4. What a remarkable way to tell your life story here on nutshell sermons. And just when I think I’ve heard it all, you come up with some other part of your life that’s very interesting and appealing, not to mention always entertaining, and definitely above the norm.!! God bless you my friend, doing a great job sir.

    1. You know whats funny Bryan? … all the stuff I couldn’t say in public.. even hours later I remember other stories.. I might have to tell out of context. not sure I should credit quotes from things band members would say

      1. I know but they probably won’t give a flip LOL keep them coming man. It’s been a long journey for you the last couple years.

  5. Thanks so much for posting the link to this episode on Facebook! What a joy it was to listen to! I was a huge fan of both Allies and yours, albeit I was late to the party on both. My parents were missionaries in Africa in the 80s and 90s, so my first exposure to you guys was on pirated cassette tapes. (I made sure to buy all the CDs when I got back to the states!) What a hoot it would have been to have seen two of my favorite bands on the same stage. Let me know when you build that time machine. Can’t wait for the next episode, as Strong Medicine still speaks volumes to me. Many blessings, my good man!

    1. Good to hear yer story Pete! we have a lot in common if yer a descendent of ministers! first time I’ve heard from you looks like… thanks for listening. hang around if you will. I appreciate it

  6. Wow, having rock star fun and being able to remember it too, thanks to no mood enhancing drugs. Hahaha.
Loved this one. I’m back from family vacation and ready to get back to listening these!

    1. I just stuck one of the round yellow and black Lunatic Friend stickers in the corner of my platinum album accomplishments btw! LOL your investment in my past work has been noticable too thanks for that.

  7. Yessir! Longtime listener, first time commenter. We could swap some stories, I’m sure. I have a keen appreciation for the spirit of “Mr Bailey’s Daughter”. You nailed the minister-kid vibe.

  8. Hey Bryan! I helped support you “back in the day” by spinnin’ your tunes at a little place called KLoRD-FM (when I wasn’t working in the office-we had to wear two or more hats around there..lol). I recall your visits and we sure appreciated them! You were popular on our Playlist! Thanks for all you’ve done and do…even for my sister with your wife; email me.
