OM…that’s the music I could listen to all day. I have tried listening to new R&B artists but it feels like something is missing. I think the depth one has to go for R&B – the foundation which came from Gospel songs in The Black churches. In which many R&B singers traditionally started singing & I suspect many new singers are skipping today. I Grew-up in a generic Protestant churches and did most of my singing in Chorale style which is probably whyI didn’t sing R&B or Pop well when I could sing.
