      1. I thought the gifts we didn’t want were taken to the “salvation” army. So my idea of re-gifting was that I didn’t do what I was supposed to the first time around, so it’s a regift second change., 3rd, 4th, and so on ..

  1. Love it! Have a blessed holiday and prosperous New Year to you and your family! And oh yeah, let’s not forget the reason for the season. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESUS!!! As my original Christmas song says: let’s keep the CHRIST in Christmas.

  2. I remembered these parties for family and work and school. In college students complained about the gifts they got. It wasn’t white elephant it was $5 and under. It’s a cute idea for a trinket? Nope people were mad cause people didn’t follow the rules. And if they’re like me they did and wow that’s abusive cause the bullies, and Jerusalem couldn’t wait to insult you call names…I thought a Santa ceramic cup was cute! Lol at least the jerk could pass it on as a WE party somewhere else.

  3. Ugh! Now I can’t hear that song with its actual words. It will now forever be God regifted me, lol. Seriously, what a thought that when I am seen as having little value by people, God sees a treasure worth trading his life for. And, I don’t even have to disguise myself in a fancy package for him to choose me

    1. LOL yea I know what you mean.. I’ve “ruined” many songs by massacring the words! LOL Glad you got the implications Re gifting usually means something you didn’t want! … Only I think I me!

  4. The funniest white elephant gift my grandfather got was laminated lottery tickets. I remember the look on his face.

We have one with the singles in my church. The coveted gift still is the mounted deer head! Thanks for the humor, music and joy you share with us Brother Bryan! Aloha from Michigan!
