  1. Brother of my youth, and Christian rock ‘n’ roll in that you also. Now, in our middle – middle ages, you are just as valuable to me. I treasure your nutshell sermons because my ailment of the last four years has kept me not only wheelchair bound, but Home-bound to. So I get someone to come to me and speak the truth. The real gut level, ugly screeching heaven help us truth. We’re both the same as we were decades ago and yet we are different. Weathered my life. People seem to love, weathered leather, and Weather # jeans and even weathered music. But they don’t often love we the weather creators of those belts and jeans and music and sermons. You are very valued today OKBryan as I hope on some tiny level, you remember me, Wendy..

    1. I’ll need a picture to see if I remember you.. prolly, but things are gettin foggy in my 70’s! LOL as a care giver half the time.. I know about not getting out of the house.. just happy to be able to. keep my mind workin and being productive.. thank God for a podcast

  2. Thank you for telling us the stories behind the music. Always good to hear and good to remember that everyone goes through the same kind of things from time to time.

  3. I seen you live back in 1980 back when hearts on fire came out. I loved it from then on I listen to them a lot. One of my favorite bands

  4. thanks for sharing. I’ve been through a divorce myself and it still feels like a stigma. It also happened after I met Jesus. Sharing about our failures in a weird way is uplifting

  5. I always appreciate how easy you are to talk to via social media. It is special. I’ll never forget the SCB days and then you going solo and Allies… I’m glad y to have all the old SCB in three formats (digital, CD, AND vinyl… a bit much? Who knows). Anyway, the easy going cd you put out, Shine, is still great therapy when I’m down.
So, thank you for being accessible. And if ever you want to sell a copy of “the Waiting is Over”, I’m your guy.

    1. I have a copy.. cover the postage and I’ll send it to you hard copy EF.. you been here a long time supporting what I do..
I’ll need a mailing address. or you can request MP3’s and I’ll send em to your email here

  6. God may sweep our sins away, but it’s good to remember what we did and how to turn it around. I love the band Boston. Tom Shultz wrote, “Don’t look back”
I can see, it took so long just to realize
I’m much too strong not to compromise
Now I see what I am is holding me down
    I’ll turn it around
    Oh, yes, I will
That bridge you’ve crossed a thousand times. Kinda like life, back and forth. Stop and look over the guardrail.
