    1. Hi Oh! keep in mind that I wrote this song about 10 years after my divorce..you might remember a song I wrote in the early 90’s “Leave Your Light On For Me”? … she didn’t .. forgiveness doesn’t mean things go back to the way they were

  1. nice…. didn’t expect this vibe. Real strings? You ended it with strings? Cool. You could use one violin player added with high end samples.
    What did you do?

      1. Ok…I knew the were real strings or incredible crazy high end samples. Nice string arrangement. Deep lyrics.

  2. What a great song. You have an amazing talent. I have listened to you since the mid-80’s. Always helped me when I needed to hear the message. Actually got to see you in concert once back in the 90’s in Florida. It is amzing how times have changed.

    1. Hey Roger.. sorry we haven’t been back there much.. happy to be an encouragement ..just finishing up the story today of another great song “Do You Love Me” and listened to the title track The Waiting Is Over.. just turned out astonishingly good.. and all for no airplay.. I think you have the project but if you need any music on here just request it in the comments

  3. Love it. As you know, it is the opening to my Youtube site. Wonderful imagery. And I can see the Southern Cross.

  4. Such a beautiful song for a divorce…love the other instruments…you do a sentimental vocal performance…isn’t it sad that unhappy events can produce such beauty? Lol

  5. You are the master songwriter Bryan…this song is a powerful emotional account of a divorce before after during…not only is your voice descriptive but the violins/other instruments paint a picture of the soul…am I right?lol
