  1. Wow that’s an awesome clip! Bob Cs harmonic voice blends seamless with yours and background. He’s a pretty cool guy ! My fave is the 2 of you at the Flamingo as the self righteous brothers…really classic! And one night a few weeks ago I had a bad day and put on that video repeat and it played all night. ..(I sleep to music) that’s when I realized each time it’s a little different and you guys were doing that.. so cool

    1. encouraging to hear what works on a bad day.. I remember that about tragedies I sang at.. like the OKC bombing.. they wanted up tempo music at the service because they were so worn out by the sadness!

  2. The wall of Bob was a common sound in many Allies songs. They are one of my favorite groups and the very best concert I ever enjoyed. Long story but a lot of sound problems and they finally just flipped over the monitors so we could hear them. They ended the concert singing an old hymn. With each verse a band member left until only the audience was left worshipping the Lord. This was at Footloose in the DFW area. I think it was The River tour.

    1. Always admired Bob and his music, but THIS has blown me away! Amazing talent! Glad you and Bob work together so well.

  3. Love Bob Carlisle has been one I have followed as a favorite as well as “All my Life” is one of my favorite songs. Thanks for sharing

  4. Stop it!! I already love you both. But this was great to hear and I had no idea he was involved in all of the other artist background vocals. I remember seeing you guys together in concert in Columbus Ohio.
    Love hearing all these stories.

    1. Hi Janey.. few people know his story really.. he said first time he heard my song “I Love You With My Life” he was on the freeway and had to pull over … sat there and sobbed! I think it was good sob LOL

  6. B, THAT’S JUST PLAIN BEAUTIFUL ! TELL BOB THE NEXT TIME YOU SEE HIMI SAID DON’T EVER QUIT HIS SIDE HUSSLE WITH THE BACKGROUND VOCAL STUFF CAUSE IT’S WORKING BIG TIME ! HE DONE MADE IT A TRUE WORK OF ART ! HE MAY BE THE MICHAELANGELO OF BACKGROUND SINGERS !

  7. i listened to this song on a drive back from Charleston on Sunday and thought of you comments. This isolated tracking is awesome! Do you have all the original tracks to your music? Saw a reference to one of you CDs being remastered 10 or so years ago and made wonder who owns your catalog.

    1. I don’t own all the publishing.. maybe 49% so not the controlling share.. still managed by Word or curb or whomever has bought it recently..I only have backing tracks on stuff that I sing which is most of my songs

  8. Sweet Friend of Mine, I See You done did duo delightfully worthy Wall O Bryan’s. Maybe a Wall O Bob/Bryan some day?
