  1. Amazing story! I played many uprights in small churches. Most were out of tune many were missing a hammer or two and some strings. It was challenging to play around the bad notes. Always at the mercy of the resident piano. Finding a well care for and tuned grand piano was delicious.

  2. Thanks again Bryan for sharing your history with me…I always wondered if SCB was 3 or 4 members…guess it was because you were far left Randy center, Kevin right and drummer in back, or something like that. As I’ve said before I’m not good at math, or names. The 4 I knew were John Paul George and Ringo…Paul’s left hand guitar stood out and they all had long hair British accents. I was 12 the impressionable age for girls. Way off subject…I loved the keyboards in every band so you were A+ in my book cause you were also lead singer…your voice was absolutely and still is!

  3. I like hearing these stories. It is interesting to me to hear about how things progressed. I know I had some interesting bits in my musical past. The P.A. I had to deal with for our group was an old 70’s Peavey with tower speakers and it did not use balanced mics nor did I know what I was doing. So, frequently had radio broadcasts coming through when trying to play – or at least in the quiet times. And I later was trained in real sound reinforcement which has served me well over the years. I just laugh when I think back to those early days.

  4. GLAD TO HAVE KNOW THAT WHAT WE HAVE HERE WAS’NT A FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE IT WAS MENT TO BE ! LITTLE DID YOU KNOW THEN B IS THAT YOU WOULD UNKNOWING WRITE A GREAT SONG THAT COULD SOME UP RANDY’S COMING TO THE BAND AND THAT WAS “ONE MISSING PIECE ” !
