That’s severiously true, there’s no way they can get socialism from Jesus’ teaching, if you take away ownership of property most of the parables just don’t work, and the closest you get to communism in them is when the laborers in the vineyard first refuse to give the owner of the place the crop he paid them to tend, and then they plot to kill the rightful heir and seize the means of production! Then you got the goodman of the house that has to be ever vigilant since the thief doesn’t bother to make appointments or call ahead, though if he did the goodman would stop the thief from bustin’ up the place or stealing his Sol, which all makes it sound like watching out for thieves and not letting them walk off with the place is a POSITIVE thing. In fact Peter says God is guarding our heavenly inheritance for us as well as guarding us (by the faith He gives us and won’t let fail because Jesus prays that for Peter AND us) for that inheritance.

      1. We have this company that tracks your car. Cause here if it gets stolen it ends up in the Palestinian villages where we cant go. So believe it or not sometimes me and my wife prefer to leave the car in the,driveway and take the train. The drivers are crazy. So bus amd train fare is a good donation…
        And if you don’t collect riches and live in a tent you’re considered homeless. So I think there’s a bit of a problem with those verses in today’s Society.
        Buy an old convertible Cadillac. Suites you.
        There’s a reason for we everything.

        1. thing is my car was stolen cause I left it in the driveway… I’m likely to get another Kia soul and have the upgrade to the locking system .. never had a problem with it.. until the engine blew of course LOL but its cheap and easy to zip around in don’t want a big ole thang

  2. Sad about your car. But at least it wasn’t that fancy Roadster you had years ago. Haha.
    Quite a few years ago one of the Ford trucks we had was a 2004 and some reason it was a special year. In the middle of the night some people stole the tailgate off of it in our driveway. It was the first time my husband forgot to lock it. Turned out a theft ring had stolen several tailgates that night. We never got it back.
    We could not put it in the garage because it’s full of junk haha maybe we should have put the junk outside for them to take haha. Hope they find your car. But even more I hope insurance replaces it.

  3. Long time fan but one time they stole my van. New tires all around. Knew it would be found jacked up on the ground. Sure enough next day found it in an alley way. Jacked up on blocks what can I say? Inside was trashed but I got 4x the cash than what it was worth . ( sorry about your loss. Got a feeling it will be found).

  4. Wow Bryan that’s awful about your truck…a lot of people wouldn’t think it’s a great loss which makes me wonder why they stole it! We all have valuable stuff we hate to lose and it’s not okay to steal anything! It’s a sore subject and prayer will help bear the burden…so sorry for your loss.
