  1. Wow Bryan you’re on target for the new year coming up with new vocabulary, improvable, a great one. I’ve heard the definition but not the word. My mother used to say she wasn’t criticizing, working on self improvement instead. That is such a rich idea, gentle view of life and others who differ from ours or a mishap that was no one’s fault. I’m so impressed with you more now my special friend cause it’s a gentle caring side that only adds sparkle to your rich retirement years ✨️ .

  2. Simply put Bryan, you don’t need to approve this message, just improve yourself and don’t worry about a timeline. Simply make a decision to do it and do it without approval or consent. The situation will come through when the time comes. Wow that’s easy!

  3. There’s something more about the discomfort of being mad, it’s painful due to anxiety! Nerves clench and muscles flex and it’s a genuine pain that is sore even to take a breath! I’m so blessed to be at Treemont in a full care environment where I can concentrate on getting treatment Ì need. There’s a doctor Amen doing a telethon now on TV. It’s about how the pain is in your brain . Wow Bryan! How timely, I’m watching it now! That old age pain multiplied! Discomfort + ! Gotta rid of this awful nagging painful discomfort! I’ll finish watching cause sounds like me!

  4. I see myself on the other side of this equation so often… being mad. I think I just need to 1. Learn contentment and 2. learn to do some of the things around here that don’t get done otherwise, haha!

  5. Thanks Bryan for all you do…writing your own headlines…a privilege you’ve earned! Saves you and me and Minime. Wish I’d remembered an hour ago when I did my comment…you’re a sly one Mr D!

  6. Last week I woke up from a dream that there was cellophane wrapper in my mouth…I just reached in and pulled it out…no pain just wonder why and…did it happen for real? During COVID I binge watched sci-fi multi dimensional movies and was absolutely …didn’t mention Jesus but took my mind off now. Listened to Conversations too, Jesus present.

  7. Anger is a Sign of Foolishness
The strongest theme in Proverbs regarding anger is that a lack of self-control is a primary characteristic of a fool.
    Proverbs 12:16
”Fools show their annoyance at once, but the prudent overlook an insult.”
    Proverbs 14:17
”A quick-tempered person does foolish things, and the one who devises evil schemes is hated.”
    Proverbs 14:29
”Whoever is patient has great understanding, but one who is quick-tempered displays folly.”
    Proverbs 29:11
”Fools give full vent to their rage, but the wise bring calm in the end.”
Ecclesiastes 7:9 (Often grouped with Proverbs wisdom)
”Do not be quickly provoked in your spirit, for anger resides in the lap of fools.”
    Anger Causes Strife and Sin
These verses warn that anger is rarely a solitary emotion; it almost always leads to further trouble, arguments, and transgression.
    Proverbs 15:18
”A hot-tempered person stirs up conflict, but the one who is patient calms a quarrel.”
    Proverbs 29:22
”An angry person stirs up conflict, and a hot-tempered person commits many sins.”
    Proverbs 30:33
”For as churning cream produces butter, and twisting the nose produces blood, so stirring up anger produces strife.”
    Anger is Dangerous and Contagious
Proverbs warns that anger is destructive not just to the angry person, but to those around them. It advises avoiding angry people entirely so you do not learn their bad habits.
    Proverbs 22:24–25
”Do not make friends with a hot-tempered person, do not associate with one easily angered, or you may learn their ways and get yourself ensnared.”
    Proverbs 27:4
”Anger is cruel and fury overwhelming, but who can stand before jealousy?”
    Proverbs 25:28
”Like a city whose walls are broken through is a person who lacks self-control.”
Patience is a Sign of Strength
In contrast to the modern idea that anger is “tough,” Proverbs frames the ability to control anger as the ultimate sign of strength and superiority.
    Proverbs 16:32
”Better a patient person than a warrior, one with self-control than one who takes a city.”
    Proverbs 19:11
”A person’s wisdom yields patience; it is to one’s glory to overlook an offense.”

      1. I figured you could you use any one of these as a rea tion to the screamer standing in front of you …
