    1. thanks Sherry, you know I start with an annoyance.. and I never know where its gonna go.. I was totally surprised when I came to the conclusion of demands rather than pursuits! thanks for listening .. means a lot to me

  1. There’s an entire generation that believes it’s entitled. What they don’t understand is that the world doesn’t owe them anything. The same with faith. God doesn’t owe us anything. Ya get out of it what you put into it. Which means I need to work a bit harder. I’d hate to think what I’d get based on what I deserve. Grace is something to pray for….

  2. After a week of vacation watching my grand daughter get whatever she wanted from me whenever she asked, I was amazed at how truly exhausting it is to meet every whim, desire and demand.
Coming from the other side of entitlement, being the one to meet those needs, it’s no wonder there are so many angry people in the world.
If we would all just try and be thankful for what we have and the blessings that do come our way, this world would be a very different place.
    Good one sir!

  3. I agree Bryan…we aren’t entitled to anything…we all need the grace of God to give us peace and compassion/understanding so that we have the comfort of having our needs met…people have different needs and it’s important to know that what one person’s needs may be coveted by another’s wants is sinful nature. To steal another’s gifts from you God would only cause regret and anger, so just accepting what we’re given is our gift and mission…

  4. I think it’s the heart in all of us that lets the truth about us eventually . A failure on our parts to actually really come to grip with the reality about ourselves keeps us with the mindset that we think we should have what we want whenever we want it ! We have been told not to trust our hearts not because our hearts are good but because the Heart is desperately wicked ! Being honest we all have amnesia and we forget our MO so we think we are not that bad so we deserve all the good stuff we lay our eyes on ! Truth be told though if the Lord took the vail off our eyes and let us truly see our heart from which all this entitled attitude comes from I think we would be humbled quick ! We probably be glad He has been extremely merciful to us and not giving us what we really deserve !
