It’s always funny how people try to describe Jesus, including changing his gender. Makes me nuts. Seeing him in a piece of toast just made me laugh, but I do remember seeing things like that or someone’s potato chip looks like the face of Jesus. So funny. I can’t wait to see him face to face. Probably will look nothing like people described.
We’ll probably need a new body to even look at his face.. but then I’m just guessing
I think Jesus wanted us to picture him as we wanted…an we do! Lol
I saw the shroud of Turin, and while there is doubt about the authenticty, I was still disappointed in seeing a face that I could imagine as the earthly Jesus.. got the feeling, I didn’t know him well.. which can by uncomfortable!
Yeah gotta say. All the pictures blondish hair fair skin.
When in fact as a middle eastern he was probably very dark skinned with blackish hair etc. we tend to form his image in our image so that we can identify.

We often talk about the scars in His hand, feet and side, but what about His face?…that crown of thorns was no joke. I never really thought about that before until the other day when someone mentioned it. I think a lot of people will be very surprised. I also think you could be very right about us needing our new bodies before we can really see Him.
