  1. Understanding and appreciating your wife is essential for husbands Christian and non. It’s a bond not to be broken for you are a part of her….I love the song United We Stand…it’s a great song and says it all! ❤️

      1. Well don’t feel bad bro, I have married like 15 couples over the years. I think only two of them are still together!! Thankfully one of them is my nephew and his wife.

          1. Yes Sir… I haven’t done one in a while. I’ve been a licensed Minister for quite a while. Some of them even call me there Wednesday night pastor. That wasn’t my idea that was theirs LOL I never gave myself a title.

  2. Yeah my wife and I are together 30 years. There have been some rocky times. But there’s been a whole lot of good times. Bottom line our common faith in God has been the backbone, and the saving grace. Even when I’m a knucklehead, say dumb things. Let’s be honest, not sure the word “understanding” is doable. Not dude on the planet can say he understands women. May have a eureka moment here or there. Otherwise just do the best ya can. Men are from mars women are from Venus…

  3. Oh, this is hilarious, and , as usual, never a truer word said in jest. I don’t imagine it is easy being a husband, and I will never get to know.

  4. Forgive me if you already said, but what version are you reading from? I like it and I’m trying to reflect on “understanding way”…

    1. Hi Geary, I often read from several different translations just to see how the verse might be different. Grew on King James, loved the message later, preferred the NIV for years, lately New Living Translation seems good. From my I pad they literally give me all translations.. the wording is usually close but sometimes the implication might misdirect what I believe.. or in some cases simply be entertaining. saying things differently often gives a fresh outlook as well. I glaze over sometimes if scripture is cut and pasted
