This song B is one that always causes a instant reflection of where I am and knowing that sometimes one can still hold things close to the vest so unnecessarily. OH that we learn to put our guard down sometimes and get out of our own way to get the help needed speaks loudly here. Even more so just imagining the One who loves us most trying to tell us, I know all about it despite what you feel right now and I’m right here and am not going anywhere really rings true here . From one Nutshellian to another although we can be so all over the place at times it’s comforting to know that even when we least aspect it the LORD takes the time to care and see about us in His own way ! Knowing that and always trying to remember that should certainly help us to always TAKE ANOTHER LOOK when things might not be going the way we like .
Hey man, I really like those lyrics!! I identify with it very well.! That’s the reason I’m learning more and more to depend on his grace and his mercy. As I was ministering Wednesday night at church, the Lord spoke to my heart and said some doors May close and it’s discouraging , but there’s one door that will never close , and that’s the door to my heart . It’s always open for you to come in for whatever situation. Furthermore, I heard a preacher say one time that, we’re all more alike than we are different. God Bless your day !!!
I’m raising my hand big time—tired and lost—YES, that’s me! I needed to hear this today as where I live some work is being done to our bathroom due to a clogged drain in the apartment above us escalating into a water mess for us. My version of Guns N’ Roses “Paradise City” would be wrote as: “Take me down to Distress City where the bathroom’s messy and the rubber ducks are pretty. Lord, please take me home.” Is there any chance I could make it as a songwriter? LOL Anyway, I’m still enjoying the view from the back row and company of other Nutshellians. Carry on, Bryan!
