  1. Interesting….just yesterday those two verses came to mind in a certain situation. Good is Evil and there is a way that seems right to a man. This is almost like a confirmation. Thanks!

  2. Yes, understanding all of the “I don’t want to’s”. I was over the “don’t worry, be happy” phrase a long time ago. For me, it’s hard to just not worry when things in life come at you. 1Timothy 6:10 comes to mind especially. A lot of people are worried about the money they’ve amassed, instead of helping others. The only things that keep me motivated are my faith, my husband, my dog, music and Nutshell Sermons, where I’m never dismissed. Thanks for the acceptance on the back row. 🙂

  3. I agree Bryan that’s different kinds of love. Romantic love, love of family, love of friends, love of music..
Love of all things lovely, kind, peaceful, good report. In my opinion the word lovely isn’t heard much anymore. Thanks for sharing this nutshell my special friend . It’s how I’m feeling now, need more love in my life.

      1. Of course Jesus is our number one love and God’s grace is what we yearn for…perhaps this was the right answer…

  4. I don’t know if it’s a getting old thing or just a common right of passion deal but boy B a lot of things you speak on hits really close to home sometimes . The way you unpack the topics talked about is so relatable because it’s so familiar to most of us on this back row . I like the way you break things down cause you get right down to the nitty gritty on the real reason we do thangs ! Isn’t it just true “JUST CAUSE I FELT LIKE IT” OR” I WANT WHAT I WANT WHEN I WANT IT” the true motivation of the majority of the things we do? I would like to dress up our intentions a say great positive things like the next guy but sometimes even if you put the best TU TU or TUXEDO ON A BIG FAT HOG it’s still a pig at heart and soon will act accordingly givin enough time . Without God’s help we ain’t gonna be able to even come up with a decent motivation on anything without it being infected with our own selfish wants and ways. So I guess we will just keep praying and asking God on this back row to help us in the motivation zone. I see no other way around that fact right there! Even the best of us NUTSHELLIANS on this back row realizes ” ITS HARD SOMETIMES ON THESE MOTIVATIONAL NUTSHELLIAN STREETS” !!!
