  1. Now there’s a dynamic duo—you and a power blower. I would stay out of your way for sure. LOL. But I’m still on the back row and not leavin’ (in this case, not blowin’ away).

  2. Right away I’m remembering A Child’s Love! Where would we be without it? Or would Bry Baby have extra fun playing in his giant stack of leaves? After all, there wasn’t much effort to “rake ” them lol

  3. Yeah, I get the drift here. My wrestle is always with the garden hose on a reel. Very stubborn these garden hoses are. They twist up, forcibly restricting water flow and causing the hose to spring a leak. They trip a bloke up if he does not keep his eyes to the ground while watering, or the reel just refuses to cooperate. Maybe putting on a watering system could be much less confrontational…..but for Holy Spirit empowered patience…….Dig these Nutshell Sermons BTW. Sad that we don’t have this kind of light hearted encouragement from pulpits…..

          1. OK, that was better said when you said after the grandkids have left, I instantly thought about the fact when they find a cell phone and they disappear emotionally and don’t look up and see you anymore

          2. Hadn’t thought of the cell phone attraction. Good point. That doggone cellphone…..let’s start a new trend by getting rid of them. Seem to have become an appendage to the human physical form these days……

          3. Right now, I am currently transferring all of my files to a new computer because my 12 year-old version won’t upgrade anymore. Even even my coping mechanisms are antiquated.

          4. I wonder if that means, in their own eyes, those of us who are advanced in years are antiquated???? Not so according to Papa God – the wonder of grey hair is the wisdom gained from years of living (both the highs and the lows). So we have a whole lot of good stuff to offer the younger ones…….

  4. Power blower is the.most pointless invention on the planet!!! All that fighting elements outside to the tune of loud noise not anything to even hum to. + more work afterwards to collect and bag. Now why not go a little further to have a vacuum cleaner in the 1st place??? I had a super cool home system before I moved. I named the carpet Roomba Moon and kitchen and bath Sun. It was so much fun and oh the place was so clean! They were a great investment

  5. There’s 2 power inventions that make me happy…my old roomba vacuum and now my hookups on bed table for All my devices. They’re all usb-c. My phone is on 10ft wiire with double size cable adapter. I think it’s so cool that they all use usb-c right here now! Also loved the reference to A Child’s Love video in Bry Baby video! Will he jump in and play when he’s done? Lol

  6. B, I’m Kinda surprised I didn’t know a leaf blowing scenario was a problem was in Cali ! I took because of the climate of basically being of the warmer nature the changing of season didn’t effect leaf falling that much. Be that as it may the temptation to flash the RedCape you may have might not privy you to dawn it with an extension cord ! To many of your backyard brawls are gonna brlng that ever-glowing light bulb above your head (no extension cord needed) to send you to Home Depot to add that battery-powered leaf blower to your utility belt . When your score card starts adding up more wins for the yard and the extension cord it can make a backyard super-hero feel some kinda way. It lets one know I ain’t got no power for real, it’s these tools that the ONE who allowed them to be invented who has the power! So for an hour or two because of these wonderful inventions we are allowed to pretend to be like comic book characters and conquer our yards like bosses ! I can’t complain it is kinda neat !

  7. Hey there! My wife says move things outta the way before you start, and you won’t, have fight with things. There’s a piece of wisdom for ya. LoL….
