  1. Had me rolling at “confessing my sins so they don’t make the news” Could you imagine our sins as a highlight reel, some of us they couldn’t even show it!

  2. Bryan I’ll be praying for you as you start your dental work.
If I lived closer I’d make you some chicken soup and send it over! Im glad you received some compensation for your car too by the way.

  3. Good luck with your dental surgery Bryan! I have a similar problem only I haven’t been to the dentist yet. I am doing anything I can to prevent it from getting worse. I think it’s gingivitis, not sure. Bleeding gums and I know to use Paradontex to brush. I use a chargeable toothbrush hold for gingivitis toothbrush brushes. I also have the 12 second miracle flosser that’s amazing! It’s all good, though I’ve already lost at least 1 toothbrush. I think it’s the one with a crown. It’s all so expensive!! I have top insurance for seniors but nothing takes away from fear of seeing the dentist…mine retired 2 years ago. We had an agreement to use Anything to kill the pain during the procedure. I was his star patient cause I never ate candy or sweets! Not so now at 73! I also have an ulcer on my tongue and I keep on the other side of my mouth…not to mention my eyes!! I need to see and ophthalmologist about cataracts and new glasses. My PCP says that’s more important than my teeth. I have a friend who’s 94 and her doctor told her it’s her age, not her care about her teeth. I would love to know my eyes done first cause it’s going to improve my vision! I lived to be 72 with all my teeth, so at 73 I need to accept it as getting old!! Good luck with your dental surgery and recovery Bryan !

    1. I’m no authority on any of it.. I do know Periodontal disease is incurable.. it can only be managed.. not sure what the symptoms of Gigivitis is. first reason to see a DDS. find out what can be fixed

  5. Praying that everything goes well with the dental procedure. Assuming that the 5 hours you may be under the gas it will be probably the best sleep you have had in a long time if insomnia has creeped up on you from time to time . You get that benefit plus the bonus of waking up to a new set of choppers that they put in while they are doing the procedure and you won’t feel a thing ! Just think of it B you’re be smilin like you on TV again only now Nutshellian style !

  6. Hey friend—-We’ll be thinking about you and your upcoming dental surgery and praying for a speedy recovery. We’ll say a prayer for Cassie, as well. LOL. I’m sure the new implants will be looking nice and sparkly with that nice smile of yours. Since I can’t be there to hug you in person, consider yourself hugged! ❤️

      1. Yeah ! I know the feeling. Have a few bad teeth. Smile and say cheese. Hope it goes well

  7. I sure hope/pray that your dental surgery goes well.
We’ve certainly got a few things in common. I can relate to those crowns that look beautiful on the outside. Just had one replaced that was “dead” on the inside. Like you, I too had my tonsils removed, but mine were about 65 years ago. They fooled me by telling me I could have all the ice cream I wanted after the surgery, but neglected to tell me that I definitely would not want any.
And I actually do sit on the back row. Thanks for the Nutshell Sermons.

  8. I can feel your pain bro- I’m five years older than you so get ready for what’s ahead – my wife handles all this stuff better than I do – but as a pastor of a small church God is so faithful- HE’ll get you through this and I wanna hear you sing and more “Nut shell sermons “. Proud to be a fellow “Nutshellian “.

  9. Bryan, I’ll be praying that your dental work gets done without a hitch, and you’ll end up with a smile that won’t quit!
Feel free to use those lines in your next song.

    1. thanks Steve.. i’ve never felt this much anxiety about a procedure.. if they get all my teeth out and then find oh.. we can’t put these in… guess you’ll just have to be a gomer! …

  10. And now the first part is all in the past….funny how that works…lol…sounds like you and Cassie will be on the same diet for awhile…
