Another loaded message! Loved hearing the lyrics to some of my favorite BD songs. As I was listening, I couldn’t help but consider how people have been calling this the age of disclosure. The “in thing” right now it seems is to open the camera on your phone and just tell people what’s real in your life. It also makes for very interesting viewing and has become one of my favorite things to watch on youtube. While some of us have practiced the art of being real all along, perhaps the world is finally catching up.

My Rx changed to MMM, mindless movies and music. I’m amazed by its popularity and how it’s devoured by the public! No lewd or violent content, a family friendly focus for all ages. I can relax and breathe, which is the Rx purpose. My speech therapy is breathe and drink lots of water. There’s nothing in MMM to make you gasp or horrorfy. Nothing fearful or dread. Always a happy ending ! That’s the bedtime story to guarantee beauty sleep for everyone. I know I’m writing this as a nutshellian. My nuts are unshelled now cause the shells caught in my mouth and caused ulcers. Apple cider cashews are my faves. I have to steer away from lots of salt that gets in the wound. Toothaches cause earaches cause neck aches…cause neurological issues probs galore… there’s nothing worse than nerve pain. My MMM just plays Christmas carols, in July. So nice so calm. And breathe…

I was glued to it start to finish during COVID. The Fringe was good too. A HerculePoirot or Sherlock Holmes binge? Reading The Complete Collection of Fairy Tales by Oscar Wilde? Now he was quite an English literate with a vocabulary that’ll send you to the Oxford dictionary! Or write your own, or that’s too close to home? Cooking? French, Japanese, Italian, Greek, German, your pleasure. Endless breakfasts for your sweetie in bed?. Pictures of Nutella on toast will please any nutshellian and spouse…whatever you like consider yourself semiretired! Big sigh…lol
A great relaxing watch list for you could be pbs passport….they have all kinds of shows that are informative, interesting in Good taste suitable for all ages. I know you like Great Performances my special friend

RAW HONESTY AND TRANSPARANCY IN OUR WALK OF FAITH HAS ALWAYS BEEN A DRAW FOR ME AND I DON’T THINK IT HURTS ANYTHING TO SING ABOUT WHATS POSSIBLY GOING ON WITHIN US SOMETIMES!
