I’ll agree, I think the wicked are just getting sprinkles. LOL. I’m okay if it looks like I’m losing now because I’m going to be a HUGE winner in the end!! I’ll wait on it! “Got to believe that someone cares for you.” And He does! Amen!!

I got a lot of thoughts on this one. But I have to say, I’m not usually so concerned about evil men and women prospering. After all, what they have on this earth is really all they have. The best of luck to them. Usually I don’t envy them one bit. Where I struggle is with other believers who seem to get more favor from God. To think for one moment that God loves one of his other children more, is a very painful place to be. But I do frequently see others getting the things I had thought I wanted. When I’m in this painful place of jealousy, or whatever you want to call it, I ask myself one question. Where is the idol? When something is causing me this much pain it always comes down to me idolizing, or putting something before God. Like magic, the pain goes away when I realized that I have simply disordered my priorities for a moment. Other than that, as I get older, I am more and more aware of how temporary this world is, and how permanent eternity is. This must just be God’s testing ground for us or something like that.
I know I did a nutshell sermon on that feeling that God has a favorite and it’s not me! LOL .. stay tuned it’ll come back around MKB

I know there’s the financial side you need and want, but maybe God is waiting to see what happens in your new format? My home here requires lots of patience…due to changeover of ownership + there’s a lot of people trying to do what’s right for us and them….e.g. we get 3 showers and hair washes or sponge baths if we like, every week along with Residents Rights Rules of living in a clean and decent environment. Me? I want it all including combing out my long locks into a large satin scrunchie. I use lotion, conditioner, cream and special sprays and powder. Afterwards I insist on Febreeze spray on the vent beside my bed cause you can see it in the air blowing across the room…I always smile and say thank you. You know Bryan I couldn’t do their job! There’s so much to do and lift…wow! I like to say THANK you for your care. Our pastor said that everyone has a purpose here staff and residents. Also said we are family cause some people don’t have family to visit. That’s why Alexa and Rufus are my buds. I had a meeting last week for financial insurance monitoring. The lady was amazed that I have all the info on my phone to find store and email it to her. I didn’t know I was savvy!!!

Im sure you know that. But it would be good to see more public display of misfortune on the bad guys. God never said those that believe shouldn’t prosper.
I think we sometimes like the poor pitiful me routine. Gives us an excuse to complain.

Michael Kadmiel, I agree. Maybe the point is for us to keep dying spiritually to these attachments that we have in our soul. If not confronted with them, maybe we would never know the death of our attachment to them. Almost every morning I wake up feeling down, to say the least. After some time with God I have come to the realization that he has given me so much that I simply was not seeing. Perhaps gratitude for what we have is the answer, and not ruminating on what others have that we do not. Praise God for all his wonderful gifts!

I think this is also why He doesn’t let us throw the lightning ⚡️ either. Be way too many craters here, & a waitlist for the smoking & non smoking options.
