  1. Bryan of all my favorite songs of yours…this one has always been one of my all time favorites. And I remember as a DJ how big this song was at the time and how much air play we gave it over other songs

  2. One of my favs. There are many but this song is beautiful and I love your singing style a lot on this song. I had a rough childhood ( molested by a stepfather) among other things. Took me a long time to understand or even accept the real love I had from Jesus. He was in my heart but I struggled with His love. This also carried over to real love in relationships. I had many failed ones until I finally was able to accept HIS great love for me. That was a turning point.

As always thank you for sharing your God given talents with us. Much love to you, Bry.

    1. Hi Darr.. I member where I was first time I talked to you on the phone .. I was outstanding in my front yard at the big house on Watkins Glen.. you told me bout who led you to Jesus.. never forgot that story

    1. Good news James… old guy music is comin back around LOL Vinyl sales are up and SCB has a new “Live” project we did last year.. comin out in the next month… we’re also gettin airplay on Yacht Rock streams like pandora and spotify

  3. This is one of my favorites. So powerful and heart felt. as morbid as it may sound might even have it played at . Paradise is definitely a song on that list. I’m more of a melancholy so your song whether up beat or heart felt touch my soul. Thanks for all the great masterpieces you have writtdn

  4. Ok I know which Nutshell sermon I’m on & I’m not confused like I was yesterday. When you sing the line,“And I learned about love on the street from the blind misuser”—it’s all I can do remain calm—something about that—you put so much soul into that—I’m pickin’ up on it. You mention the “fire within” in a line. No doubt you’ve always had a fire within & people know it & feel it through your music. If I keep talkin’ about fire I may have to call 911. I’m all “fired” up again on the back row.

  5. bryan I have to tell you…your voice always touched a special place in my heart..God always places us in certain places and circumstances not by accident, he always knows what we need..I appreciate you and all the years you have put into your ministry…you have been an ongoing inspiration to me since the 80s..we opened for you guys in upstate ny…we had a hammmond B-3 with twin leslies and a sax player…we had just finished writing a song called hold on…we decided to debut it that night and we rehearsed it a little during our sound check and you said you really liked the groove and you jumped on the hammond and jammed with us and bobbie jammed on the sax ( an element we had never thought of adding)anyhow…I wanted to tell you that you continue to inspire me…thanks…Praying for you..mike
