My weakness was saying yes to things that I wasn’t sure I could do, but I just wanted to serve. Then I regretted it and tried to think of an excuse not to do it. But I do it anyway and surprised myself. Sometimes I wanted to be noticed and then thought, this wasn’t me doing this. God was doing it through me. That if I was noticed, I was kind of embarrassed. Go figure. The word deteriorate sounds perfect. Some days I feel like my body is deteriorating faster than it should. But I’ve still got strength enough to serve and I’ll do what I can.
