Thank you for sharing your stories from your past. You’ve got some interesting ones, on and off the road. The whole sound engineering process is something I wished I had learned years ago and made into a career. I would’ve loved it. The song you wrote for your son, “A Child’s Love”—it tears me up (not in a bad way). I don’t have any children or grandchildren but all I can say is “WOW” for that song. I think I can speak for most women, we usually love the ballads. Getting the box of Kleenexes out for the back row if anyone other than me needs them.
LOL.. if you were at the last New Carlisle gig I did a new song called “Walkin’ With A Three Year Old”.. bout my granddaughters.. it’ll cut you in half

Use to spend time in Santa Cruz and up in to the San Francisco area. Anyway we should all be committed. Which ever way you want to take that….
I was big on Jefferson back when they were still an airplane LOL felt like Grace Slick started to be something of a poser.. in my eyes.. but then Mickey Thomas who did Fooled around and fell in love with Elvin Bishop kept me comin .. for JStarship
B, just wondering after being in SCB all those years and then leaving the band did you have something lined up in the work field that would be just what you needed family wise? I know it had to be tough being away from the family sometimes even though it was your job and your livelihood! No one in their right mind could ever fault you for wanting to get off the road to be with your family more and to do something that can bring in a little bit more steady income for a growing family. Now this is where selfishness on us Nutshellians comes to the surface, if you had landed a very nice paying gig after leaving SCB that had nothing to do with music your first solo project never gets made! Matter of fact none of your records get made, there no NehoSoul band and worst of all no Nutshell Sermons! Boy what a difference one job choice can make in the lives of many ! We nutshellians glad you made the choice you did !
anything that takes more than one person is a lot like a lead Zeppelin .. no I didn’t have a plan.. I had a friend … and now I love nutshells because I can do them right now put em up tomorrow when theyre done!!! more control…
