  3. I love 1st Corinthians 13: 4-8. I believe that even if some relationships fail, God’s love NEVER fails us. He has a plan for all of us—walking in front of us. The poem “Footprints in the Sand” by Mary Stevenson comes to mind when the Lord says in the poem, “The times when you have seen only one set of footprints, is when I carried you.” Ok, now I made myself cry. He’s been with me, Bryan D. and everyone else every step of the way, continues to be and always will be! Now BD listen to PC when I say you have glorified God to the utmost highest using your voice and songwriting abilities and YOU are loved!

  4. Yeah. Love today always has a condition attached. The word also gets thrown around a bit to easily..

      1. Meaning and Context
In James, the term describes someone whose loyalty, faith, or intent is divided between two opposing directions—typically between faith in God and doubt, or between moral principles and worldly desires.

Sounds to me like degenerative personality disorder LoL

  5. Church in the cloud is technically accurate, but I like the wind better…like coloring outside the lines..it’s my occupational therapy for neuropathy and it’s okay and all good. It makes me happy and smile my special friend

  6. I’ve actually been thinking about this message since I listened to it yesterday. Envy is highly criticized. But I felt it just recently, and it is actually a cruel monster to the one going through it. It feels like something you desperately need is being given to somebody else and no one cares that you’ve been overlooked and slighted except your own self. Perhaps it can be said that in envy and jealousy one is truly alone. At 6th grade camp I was paired with the ugly fat unpopular kid as a dance partner, and my reaction was to cry. It always seemed like I was getting the short end of the stick. But a very sweet popular girl offered to be his partner instead and I was in the lurch. The teacher seemed to absolutely despise me for my treatment of this young man. And this girl was given an award. I was emotionally punished and all alone. I had no dance partner and had to watch everybody else dance from the sidelines, and no one understood or tried to understand what I was feeling or what I was going through. It was a miserable experience that always stuck with me. It still hurts to consider being alone with that jealousy. I guess I call it “jealousy” because it represented being jealous of the normal kids who didn’t always get the short end of the stick like I did. I now see the remedy as finding favor with God. Realizing when he invented each one of us he actually invented a masterpiece. And I was never my own idea, and by now have found great relief in giving it all to him, and turning it back over to him everyday.

      1. Thanks. I will find it if it is out there. It was therapeutic just to vent. I don’t think I ever shared that story before.

          1. When I look at leaders, I often wonder what their prayer life is like because it is probably what best defines them. I also find journaling to be very helpful. Extremely therapeutic. No rules. Can’t even read my handwriting when I’m done. Lol
