Hearing The Band Road Home

First Time I heard Singer songwriter Bill Sprouse and his band Road Home. First time in Calvary Chapel’s tent there was ever a Hammond B 3 on stage.

In 1973 I would audition to play solo at the Calvary Chapel “Tent”. And later that year, meet my future band mates who would audition for me.

Would we still be readin the Bible if the Dead Sea Scrolls were found on a floppy disc?

Even in Jesus Music some styles were not acceptable

“Bible studies would grow because people were drawn to the sweetness of the music and wanted to know where that music came from”

“confess your sins that you might be healed” it says.. but I would prefer to confess your sins that I might feel better.
