    1. congrats yer the first to comment.. in a while.. I get nervous when nobody responds but then this is an experiment.. I think songs might be better when you ‘cut em outta the herd’ and hogtie the listener.. we don’t hear all the way to the end of the song most of the time!

  1. Be encouraged!!!
But encourage one another every day, as long as it is called “today,” .Hebrews 3:13a . Loved the new song!!!
I was introduced to your album “Have yourself committed” years and years and years ago. I am now a special education teacher, and use several of your songs to encourage my kids everyday. Their favorites are “Have Yourself Committed, and Don’t you want to rap with me.. :-)!! The kids are blessed and so am I. Thank you, thank you, thank you for meaning faithful to your calling!

      1. It’s definitely an acquired art and I also fail on a daily basis. Like anything, it is thanking Him for the simple things, eg shelter, food, a day without pain, on an ongoing basis. But believe me, I fail dismally and frequently.

  2. Definition sounds like black gospel jazz/ Blues!! I’m surprised you never were invited to perform on the David Letterman show!! One of the greatest voices out there bro!!

    1. Thanks.. lot o politics in who gets on National T.V. .. “Christian” anything is immediately dismissed! Mention God and it’s like the power goes out in the building.

  3. Oh my…the sounds of this music & the feelings had me close my eyes while my body does that small bounce to the beats. The song is quiet enough for my mind to start thinking of what life is like with Jesus Christ. Nice tune to listen to while being reflective.
