There should be a “no phone” zone.
The art of a conversation. It used to be if you were talking to yourself, you were considered a little off. Now days we spend most of our time in our own heads, or texting or scrolling through. Attention deficit. Take a way devices and rapid fire media. The whole would slow down. That should be our prayer. To slow down and listen to that small voice instead of the megaphones around us.
My first best thing I did was put a timer on my social media scrolling and pray before I turn on the news that God would remind me that he’s still in charge!
HA… I was listening! Great observation and one that I have certainly been guilty of. I am always asking Yah to help me be a better listener and communicator. I have a tendency to ramble a lot and not say anything…
God is the really the only one that puts up with my ongoing rambling and maybe it takes an almighty to hear that! LOL thanks Rick.. tryin to listen even as I’m Podcasting!
I agree about the two ears and one mouth. People use the one mouth so much more than the two ears and not always for good. We have to really be still to hear His small voice over the noise, especially over our own noise. Thanks, Bryan.

I’m discovering that I have more phlegmatic temperament than i might have once thought.. Observations
And that’s not a self-fulfilling prophesy either.
I sometimes think I’m being shadow banned .. but then maybe I’m just not very popular! LOL

Hi RObbin personally I think we talk to keep our own feelings a bay.. maybe if we scream loud enough they won’t be so frightening!
